About the Role
The Radiology department at CCHV are looking for a Radiology IT systems administrator to join the team to assist primarily with the management of the Regional Radiology Information System (RRIS) and Picture Archive Communication System (PACS).
The Radiology System Administrator is an important role across these sites ensuring that there is training and support for staff using PACS and RRIS. The role includes documentation development and maintenance, process evaluation and ongoing system improvements to support the radiology department. There is also a rostered on-call component to this role providing system administration afterhours for acute imaging requirements and/or assisting with periods of system downtime.
About the Team/Service/Location
The team consists of a mixture of clinical and non-clinical members who work closely with external vendors and the ICT departments. We are a cohesive and welcoming team committed to delivering a high-quality radiology service and supporting clinical services across the hospitals with a patient centred focus.

About you
Our ideal candidate will have already worked in a Radiology / Health environment and:
- Have proven experience in systems administration particularly Imaging (PACS) and Radiology RIS systems
- Have proven experience in ticket management
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Be confident to multitask and prioritise workload
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
- Be able to communicate and function productively in an interdisciplinary team
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
- Work with discretion and confidentiality
- Proactive and solution focussed
