Someone who can lead a team of specialists.
Across both temporary and permanent placements.
Ideally you've worked across both blue and white collar recruitment.
Because you are the kind of person who can adapt.
Working strategically with clients in account management.
Where you will be consulting, advising & problem solving as well as supporting your teams to deliver, day in and day out.
Because no 2 days are the same in recruitment.
You'll get to learn Recruitment Financials as well.
Profit & Loss. Budgeting. Forecasting.
You'll understand what drives the business.
Not just a recruiter. A business leader.
You’re driven by success.
You’ve got a high level of self-awareness and polish.
And you know how to balance strategy with urgency.
