What You'll Be Doing:
  • Identifying skills, sourcing candidates, and placing awesome people into jobs across the Lower North Island
  • Advertising roles through digital marketing and social media job boards
  • Conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews using platforms like Teams.
  • Managing the employment process, including reference checks and onboarding

What We're Looking For:
  • A natural communicator with excellent admin and computer skills, including MS Office and social media platforms
  • Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities
  • Motivated, energetic, and flexible with working hours
