We’re on the lookout for a self-starter to join our tight-knit team as a Recruitment Consultant! In this role, you’ll build strong client partnerships, carry out strategic marketing and business development activities, and source top-quality candidates through various channels. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment—from writing job ads to placing candidates and maintaining lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process for a broad range of roles, including temp and permanent placements.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Proactively source, screen, and match top-tier candidates using multiple channels.
- Carry out marketing and business development activities to expand your client and candidate network.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain strong post-placement relationships with clients and candidates.
Who You Will Be:
You are a natural relationship builder, curious, inquisitive, and confident in picking up the phone. With experience in recruitment, or HR, you have a strong drive for growth and development. Adaptable and resilient, you thrive in managing an agile desk and managing various roles at once.
