This is a brand new role.

As the Recruitment Manager reporting directly to the epic Managing Director, you won't just be managing a team—you'll be driving the business forward.

I’m looking for someone who ticks ALL the boxes:

So you'll spend 80% of your time owning your own desk. Leading by example.  Placing top digital talent in permanent and contract roles.

The other 20% - Mentoring and managing a high-performing team of three (soon to grow in 2025).
This is hands-on leadership, blending personal success with team achievements.

In return you'll get a lucrative base salary + Monthly and Quarterly Commission and a few other kickers we've added in as you lead the team to continued success and growth as your team grows.

A dedicated Recruitment Administrator to handle interview setups and a
Copywriter to craft job ads and templates....after all they are a Digital, Marketing and Creative Recruitment Agency!

Sales & Revenue:
  • Help your team (and yourself) hit those monthly targets—consistently.
  • Keep an eye on performance and step in with support or fresh ideas when needed.
  • Lead by doing—run a thriving desk that inspires your team to do the same.
  • Grow our client base by landing new business and keeping existing clients happy.
Team Leadership:
  • Set clear, achievable goals that align with the bigger picture.
  • Be the mentor your team needs—encouraging, training, and celebrating wins.
  • Build a culture where everyone feels accountable but supported.
  • Jump in when things get tricky, helping your team land the deals that matter.
Recruitment Operations:
  • Own the recruitment process—find, screen, and place the best talent out there.
  • Make sure the team is nailing best practices and keeping clients happy.
  • Work closely with leadership to improve how we do things and keep moving forward.
Reporting & Strategy:
  • Track progress to spot what’s working—and fix what’s not.
  • Keep records up to date so we can all see the team’s progress.
  • Find ways to work smarter, not harder, by tweaking processes to boost efficiency.
