As the ideal person for this role, you are:-
- an experienced senior nurse with an extensive and broad range of nursing skills to support a group of varied specialities
- a great communicator as this role requires you to liaise with the wider multidisciplinary team on a daily basis.
- good at organising people and resources and achieving service focused goals
- skilled in relationship building and liaising within a multidisciplinary team in order to foster safe and effective evidence based care
- quality focused ensuring safe patient care
- dynamic and flexible to meet the urgency and ever changing face of health care demands

We are Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland. We provide health and disability services to more than half a million people living in central Auckland, regional services for Northland and greater Auckland, and specialist national services for the whole of New Zealand. Our main sites are Auckland City Hospital, Greenlane Clinical Centre and Starship Children’s Hospital, located in central Auckland.
