Location: Wellington Regional Hospital ( is the main site, but attendance at other District sites may be required)
Contract: Fixed term for 6 months - full time (1.FTE)

About the Role
Occupational Health is responsible for maintaining and promoting the wellbeing of workers within the Health System. Our main aim focuses primarily on protecting employees in the workplace from accidents, injuries and exposure to harmful substances through health promotion, vaccination, monitoring, guidance and education.
About the Team/Service/ Location
Occupational Health is a national service, nationally led but delivered by the District. We have 4 bases at Captial Coast, Hutt Valley, Wairarapa and Kenepuru. We have a team of 13 and work across the district in each of these bases with each staff member based at one site in the main. This role will be based in Capital Coast Health but there is an expectation that District travel will be required at times.
About you
We are seeking a competent, self driven registered nurse to work as part of our team who is computer literate, a problem solver, shows initiative and is adaptable to an ever changing environment. At this stage the role is for 6 months as a Fixed Term/Secondment however there is a possibility of it becoming permanent as we work through a current change process. We are seeking the following key skills:

- Current registration with the New Zealand Nursing council
