Utilise your financial services exp. and detail/numerically oriented skillset as a member of the Registry Services Team, in a global organisation.

About the role:

As a Registry Officer you will provide strong, accuracy and administration support to the Registry Services Team. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a keen interest and proven experience in the financial services industry as well as availability for a potential November start and a commitment for at least 6 months (approximately). 



Must be available to work through the Christmas/New Year period. 

In this role you may be:

  • Accurately actioning a high volume of administrative tasks 
  • Preparing bank and other unit registry reconciliations for funds in a timely manner
  • Processing a large number of KiwiSaver withdrawals
  • Reconciling and filing the monthly IRD returns
  • Ensuring that unit registry hard copy and electronic files are kept up to date

About you:
  • An Economics or Finance graduate and/or proven experience in administration or financial services
  • A team player equipped with a high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear credit and criminal police check due to the nature of the role
  • Keen interest and proven experience within Financial Services
