The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented, experienced, and service-oriented Restaurant Manager to coordinate and lead all aspects of a restaurant/bar. Located in central Christchurch this is one of city's busiest and most exciting spots. Renowned for its unique fusion style, funky fitout, and top-notch staff, this is an opportunity you just can't pass up!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
About You
First and foremost, you'll be a people person with an outgoing personality and a strong guest focus 100% of the time. You'll have proven management skills and experience in front of house operations as well as extensive F&B knowledge and a good financial understanding. Experience in a busy venue where turning over tables multiple times throughout service is absolutely essential and you're ability to motivate your staff and drive sales will be second to none. Due to the nature of the industry you will need to be available to work shifts across a 7 day roster that will include evenings and weekends. Your style will need to be a little bit funky and cool to go with the sweet vibe of the restaurant and bar!
