Revit Technician

Are you Wellington based or soon to relocate to the capital? This collaborative architectural business with a reputation for high quality commercial projects and office fit out projects, has an immediate need for a capable Revit Technician to join them on an ongoing contract basis.

This position is ideally suited to an Architectural Technician who is confident in their Revit capability and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Able to demonstrate a minimum of four years experience and eager to further develop your design, drafting and documentation skills from concept design through to construction.

Requirements:

• You must have current legal rights to work in New Zealand.
• Qualification in Architecture or Architectural Drafting.
• Proven experience in office design, building redevelopment and earthquake strengthening.
• Proficiency in Revit and Sketchup is essential.
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand Building Code and NZS 3604, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent conceptual, spatial, and visual design skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to collaborate with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to concept design stages.
• Produce quality documentation.
• Specification writing.
• Contract administration.
• Produce high quality detailing.

The Deal:

• Strong pipeline.
• $70 – 85k per annum.
• Fixed term contract – potential to go perm.
