The Role:
  
Based on reception within the Shirley office, your tasks will include the administration for sales agents, and ensuring listings and contracts are handled accurately and efficiently.  This position is suited to a person who thrives in an autonomous role and enjoys a sales environment.  A sense-of-humour is essential, as is the ability to take ownership of tasks.
  
Responsibilities:  

  • Manage the administration process for new listings
  • Coordinate the sales contracts
  • Liaise with solicitors and other external professionals
  • Reception duties incl: the delivery of exceptional service to visitors & callers
  • Assist with the development of marketing material
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team

Skills & Experience:  

  • Previous experience in a real estate office
  • Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional customer service experience in a professional environment
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
  • Outstanding personal presentation

  • $30 – $32 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm
