Job Description

Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dependable individual who can deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer lifecycle, while also proactively identifying and pursuing sales leads to drive business growth.

Location - Albany, Auckland

Work Days: Monday to Friday - (40 hours per week)

Hourly Rate - $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience

Duties:

  • Handle inbound and outbound communications, with great customer service
  • Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide product information and resolve any issues
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs by working collaboratively
  • Communicate and escalate sales leads appropriately
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting areas for enhancement

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent customer service experience or similar background
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, CRM and ERP Software
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive planning and task management
  • Positive attitude towards challenges and changes
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
