Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dependable individual who can deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer lifecycle, while also proactively identifying and pursuing sales leads to drive business growth.
Location - Albany, Auckland
Work Days: Monday to Friday - (40 hours per week)
Hourly Rate - $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound communications, with great customer service
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide product information and resolve any issues
- Achieve individual and team KPIs by working collaboratively
- Communicate and escalate sales leads appropriately
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting areas for enhancement
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent customer service experience or similar background
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, CRM and ERP Software
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive planning and task management
- Positive attitude towards challenges and changes
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
