Facilitate and schedule meetings over the phone, utilizing your phone-based customer service or sales skills, in the financial services sector.

About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be facilitating valuable appointments with the Generated Nominated Representatives (GNRs). This role is Monday-Friday, 11:30am-7:30pm and requires a commitment for at least 6 months. 

In This Role You Will:

  • Connecting with leads over the phone, striving to create a positive customer experience
  • Updating and managing the customer database – ensuring systems are well maintained
  • Scheduling meetings with the intent to contribute to and maintain a smooth sales pipeline
  • Actively engaging with your colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace culture
  • Ensuring adherence to best practice standards and compliance processes are met

About You:
  • Previous experience in Sales or phone based customer service, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Experience in and/or passionate about a career in Financial Services
  • A team player equipped with strong interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail
  • Clear credit and criminal police check
  • Readily available and can guarantee a commitment for at least 6 months
