Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in managing client relationships and connecting qualified professionals with exciting career opportunities in the hair and beauty industry. In this position, you will serve as a strategic partner to customers. Your expertise in account management and your passion for the beauty industry will help shape the success of this partnership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and introduce new products to clients, working closely with the internal marketing and product teams.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with our internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
- Research and identify potential new clients, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to expand our customer base.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to make strategic recommendations and drive sales growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the hair and beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of haircare, skincare, and cosmetics, with a genuine passion for the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
