What you'll be doing:
- Working with existing customers and checking in to see about the quality of the product, service, and design - working on building existing relationships
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including event networking, cold calling, marketing campaigns, and proactive search
- Identify, research and nurture new business opportunities
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads, while also generating positive interactions and new business
- Working closely with the existing sales team as well as upper management on reports
- Record accurate information on prospects and your interaction within the CRM
A bit about you:
- Previous experience in a similar sales role (2+ years)
- Full NZ Driver's Licence
- NZ Residency/Citizenship
- Based in Christchurch and willing to travel where and when required to meet with existing customers and potential leads
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Out-going and positive personality
- Self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running from day one
