The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and efficient secretary/receptionist to provide secretarial and administrative support to our small team at Infection Prevention and Control.

This is a part-time role, working 20 - 28 hours a week (flexible). 

Our successful applicant will have the following attributes:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years previous administration/clerical experience.
  • Experience in office and reception procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone skills.
  • Understanding and respect for clients' rights and privacy
  • Excellent command of English, including grammar and spelling.
  • Intermediate keyboard skills.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
  • Computer literacy including, Excel spreadsheets, Access Database, Powerpoint and Word documents, ability to learn new software/ databases.
  • Ability to develop and work within defined administrative processes and systems.
  • Proven minuting ability.
