- Participates and/or leads security training projects to evaluate the impact of training, redesign existing standards, creates new learning tools to address gaps and/or strengthen the management and quality assurance processes.
- Improve and develop in various areas of security training and learning.
- Develop cost effective blended learning solutions that demonstrates less reliance on external providers training costs
- Liaise closely with the IMT and the Emergency Response Team ensuring the develop and execution of strategies to address quality shortfalls in consultation with the Security and Emergency Response Leadership Team
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has extensive experience in learning and training including instructional design, development and delivery of learning, problem solving and competency based blended learning programmes ideally in a Security related field. You will need to have experience of delivery and training application for NZQA requirements across quality systems, learning processes, training delivery and funding. Experienced and competent facilitator of high-quality blended learning approaches with ability to self-start and work within Programme Management guidelines. Experience working with a diverse community, with strong verbal and written skills with ability to communicate across all levels of staff and develop relevant internal and external networks to succeed in this role.
This is a full time Monday to Friday position based at Middlemore Hospital.
