Our client is an award-winning creative PR & social agency that specialises in crafting culturally impactful campaigns through social media, influencers, PR, content, and activations.

They are looking for a Senior Account Manager – Social Media & Influencer to take ownership of social strategy, execution, and client relationships while driving innovative campaigns.

About the Role: As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge social media and influencer strategies. This is a hands-on role, where you’ll manage campaign execution while also contributing to creative thinking and business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Social Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement engaging, results-driven social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Client Management – Act as the key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless campaign delivery.
  • Content & Creative Thinking – Work closely with creative teams to develop social-first content ideas that bring campaign narratives to life.
  • Influencer & Ambassador Management – Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and their agents to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimisation – Oversee the end-to-end delivery of social and influencer campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and deliver on KPIs.
  • Performance & Insights – Analyse campaign effectiveness, track key metrics, and provide insights to refine strategies.
  • Collaboration with TBWA – Support creative thinking for TBWA clients by contributing innovative social media activation ideas.
  • Mentorship & Support – Work alongside and provide guidance to an enthusiastic Account Executive keen to grow in social, influencer, and content creation.
  • Business Growth – Support in identifying opportunities for new business and enhancing client offerings.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ years’ experience in social media and influencer marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
  • A strong blend of strategy and execution, with the ability to both develop plans and roll up your sleeves to make them happen.
  • Experience working with influencers and managing end-to-end partnerships.
  • A passion for social media, with a deep understanding of platforms, trends, analytics, and paid media.
  • Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management abilities, with exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
  • The ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for what makes engaging content.
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools like Meta Ads Manager, Klear, CreatorIQ, or similar.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across creative, strategy, and marketing teams.
