Senior Advisor Learning
We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Senior Advisor to join our Learning and Capability team. You will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of a range of initiatives.
About the role
To be successful in the role, in addition to your skills, knowledge and experience you'll need to be a self-starter with well-developed communication and relationship building skills. You'll be joining a group of learning professionals who are passionate about making a difference for our people.
Key aspects of the role will include:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities
- Liaise with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure that capability solutions meet MSD's organisational values
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
- Mentor and coach team members
- Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and training methods
About you
You will bring your previous experience in a Learning Development role along with your understanding of adult learning principles and project management.
Amongst your key strengths will be:
- Proven ability to develop trust and credibility at all levels
- The ability to work collaboratively and consultatively with teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Agility who can work well with competing demands and under pressure
- A terrific work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude

Salary range: $102,533.00 - $124,402.00
