Senior Analyst, Patient Reported Measures

The role:
This role focuses on transforming data from the patient reported measures (PRMs) programme into actional insights for up to 1500 stakeholders. You will develop detailed reports that include charts, tables and commentary to illustrate performance strengths and areas for improvement. Your work will involve analysing both quantitative and qualitative data. The data visualisations you prepare will be underpinned by robust analysis and statistical testing. This role is fixed term until June 2025.
About you:
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Experience in leading the development of automated reporting systems.
- Proficiency understanding data, study design, and translating data into actionable insights.
- Strong statistical skills, experience in data standardisation and weighting is advantageous.
- Advanced data analysis and skills, experience in R preferred.
- Ability to create effective visualisations, experience with Tableau or R Shiny is a plus.
