Job Description
The Role:
As a Senior Applications Support Specialist, you'll take the lead in supporting a core CRM system, website, and learning management system. An important part of this role is building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead platform support for our CRM, website, and learning management systems
- Manage the Jira backlog of tickets, prioritising and implementing enhancements across platforms
- Collaborate with Comms, Marketing, Digital, and Education teams to address priorities
- Test changes from third-party support partners, and implement mods
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, updating them on project status and activities
Experience and skills required:
- Proven ability to build rapport with stakeholders and collaborate with diverse teams
- Experience supporting CRM or software similar systems
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to manage and maintain complex systems
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Jira
