Senior Architect

We are looking for a skilled Senior Architect to join a dynamic architectural practice in Christchurch. In this role, you’ll lead and manage large-scale apartment building projects, overseeing all aspects of project documentation and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You’ll also mentor and guide junior architects while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  
Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the architectural side of large apartment building projects
• Overseeing project documentation and ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Mentoring and guiding junior architects and staff members
• Working closely with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements

• Registered Senior Architect with proven experience in apartment building documentation and management
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD
• Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring staff
• In-depth knowledge of New Zealand construction codes, regulations, and standards
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
