Senior Associate/Solicitor/Lawyer - Banking & Finance
Job Description
It is an exciting time for our client as they are expanding their Banking and Finance team as they are looking for a Senior Associate / Lawyer / Solicitor to join their team.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end transactions as well as support and guide the junior team members.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Offering guidance to both bank and non-bank lenders on corporate and property finance deals
- Counselling clients on restructuring and insolvency issues
- Overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively
- Serving as a dependable and skilled resource that Partners can trust to get the job done
What we are looking for:
- 4-5 Years PQE with a specialisation in Banking and Finance
- Experience in CCCFA would be an advantage
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
This role is perfect for an experienced lawyer with a background in general banking or restructuring and insolvency.
