An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Automation Test Analyst experienced in Identity Services to join the department in a fixed-term capacity. The Department will be the lead integrator for a project that will replace a key identity management service. The project involves multiple vendors and solution components, and it is essential that all members of the testing team have experience working in a complex and challenging environment.

The successful applicant will have:

• Significant experience developing and maintaining complex automation test suites using C# within the .NET framework.
• Proven ability to test Dynamics 365 (D365), PowerApps, and related integrations.
• Expertise in using tools like Microsoft Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and Azure Test Plans for test case management.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, or Azure Repos).

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Planning, preparing, and executing automated testing at all levels.
• Refactoring and maintaining existing automation test suites.
• Regularly monitoring and reporting progress.
• Reviewing both vendor and internal DIA test deliverables.
• Participating in the defect management process.
• Collaborating closely with both vendor and internal DIA project team members.

This is a fixed-term engagement to the end of August 2025. Please note that due to the nature of the project, applicants must hold New Zealand citizenship.
