Senior Business Analyst
Job Description

- City Fringe Office
- Smart Metering & gas/electric company experience is advantageous
Contract Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities for a large-scale replacement program, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined, documented, and aligned with project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct gap analysis, business process mapping, and facilitate workshops to gather detailed requirements.
- Oversee system integration and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the utilities sector.
- Provide expertise in smart metering systems, ensuring that solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
- Manage risk and change processes, ensuring all issues are tracked and mitigated effectively.
Ideal candidates background:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the utilities sector, specifically within gas or electric companies.
- Strong experience with smart metering systems and related technologies.
- Ability to work on complex projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and process automation.
- Solid understanding of industry regulations and standards in the utilities space.
