- 5 weeks annual leave and flexi-leave available

- Permanent role based in either Auckland or Wellington
Te tūranga - The role and your impact
The Senior Compliance Adviser contributes to the ongoing uplift of our Compliance function.
This role involves variety and gives you the scope to work across Te Pūtea Matua at all levels. As an experienced Senior Compliance Adviser, you will be providing support and advice to the team and working with stakeholders to help them meet their compliance obligations whilst also understanding their needs and coming up with solutions that can balance the two. You'll also get to work on some stimulating projects from time to time.

We're looking for someone who enjoys getting involved at all levels and brings a variety of compliance experience.
You'll also be the kind of person who has a positive mindset towards engaging stakeholders and delivering innovative solutions and recommendations.
If you have:
- Proven experience as a Senior Compliance Adviser in the finance or public sector
- A variety of compliance experience with a solid background in privacy
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to apply compliance principles in a way that can integrate business needs
