Senior Developer (Power Platform and Dynamics)

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual with expertise in Power Platform and Dynamics to help lead the way in developing solutions that empower our organisation. In this role, you will serve as a senior developer, coach, and technical leader, shaping the direction of our Power Platform and Dynamics initiatives. You'll contribute to the delivery of systems, POCs and features, as well as champion the adoption of best practices and tools across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop quality solutions on Power Platform and Dynamics.
- Create clean and maintainable solutions, reinforced by automated testing.
- Manage the release, deployment, operation, and monitoring of applications within Power Platform and Dynamics environments.
- Develop and automate pipelines for application delivery.
- Help promote and establish best practices and standard in Power Platform and Dynamics development.
- Help develop standardised and reusable tools and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior colleagues.
- Collaborate with our stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Power Platform and Dynamics development.
- Minimum of 5 years general programming experience, including programming in C#, or JavaScript.
- Proven experience in providing technical leadership in Power Platform and Dynamics projects.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud-based solutions, including Azure.
- Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git.
- Solid understanding of build tools.
- Basic web development skills using HTML5, JSON, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Rest APIs.
- Proficiency in working with relational databases.
- Strong expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and automated end-to-end testing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Linux and command-line utilities (RHEL).
- NZ citizenship and ability to obtain a confidential security clearance
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, or relevant work experience
