They are seeking a Senior Dispatch Team Member to help manage inwards and outwards goods, oversee stock control, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a supportive, collaborative team, this is the perfect role for you!
 

About the Role:
 
You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating dispatch operations, including liaising with couriers and overseeing truck deliveries.
• Managing stock levels, ensuring accurate data entry (40% of the role) into Access and freight software.
• Packing orders and monitoring packaging quality to maintain high standards.
• Handling inwards goods, checking deliveries, and keeping track of inventory.
• Working closely with a diverse team, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow.

 

About You:
 
We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or dispatch environment.
• Strong data entry and organisational skills, with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable working in a culturally diverse team.
• Physically fit and hands-on, able to be on your feet and lift items.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not essential.
