We are looking for a Senior / Evidence Analyst to join our team. This role is also suitable for those with experience in litigation support or evidence management.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in our Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) office.
Mō te tūranga | About the role
The Senior / Evidence Analyst role at the Commerce Commission involves providing complex evidence management and operational support to the Commission. This includes assisting with investigation information, discovery, and litigation processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Logging, processing, and managing all incoming evidence.
- Providing high-quality, proactive, and confidential exhibit and case management support.
- Communicating with data custodians and requesters to support investigation teams.
- Using intelligence and investigation tools to deliver strategic insights in investigations and litigation matters.
- Assisting with disclosure and discovery lists, trial preparation, and document bundles.
- Overseeing the Commission's evidence rooms.
The indicative salary range for this role is $70,339 - $95,876 plus 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects their individual skills, experience, and internal relativities across the organisation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas in a way that anyone can understand
- Attention to detail
- Process and conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Strong relationship management skills
- Administrator experience in Relativity or another e-discovery tool
