About the role
Take on the role of Senior Health & Safety Advisor for a major construction project, where you'll be the key driver of safety initiatives and compliance. You'll work closely with site teams, shaping safety culture, offering expert guidance, and ensuring a safe and productive environment for all.
  
Duties
  • Drive a culture of safety and ensure all protocols and regulations are strictly followed.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections, risk assessments, and manage incident investigations.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and site teams to uphold high safety standards.  
Skills and experience
We're looking for an experienced, proactive advisor who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. Strong communication and the ability to influence others are essential.  
  • Extensive H&S expertise and experience on construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven ability to manage safety on large, high-pressure construction sites.
  • Skilled in engaging, educating, and influencing teams to adopt safe working practices.
  • Calm, approachable, and effective in team collaboration.
