What you ‘ll do…
As a Senior Mortgage Adviser or Home Lending Adviser, you’ll work with a diverse client base—from first-home buyers to seasoned investors—guiding them through the mortgage process with tailored lending solutions. With client support and a dedicated compliance team handling regulatory and administrative tasks, you’ll focus on providing exceptional lending advice. This role is designed to ensure work-life balance, offering Mon - Fri hours and no weekend work.

- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser or Lending Specialist - ideally within an advisory/brokerage environment but not essential
- Strong lending product knowledge, compliance understanding, and a talent for delivering tailored solutions
- Clear communication skills and a tech-savvy approach (most meetings are online)
- NZ Certificate in Residential Lending Level 5
- NZ Permanent Resident or Citizen
- Clear credit and police check
