We’re seeing an increased demand for experienced Senior HR Advisors, both permanent and fixed term.
With a lot of change happening across Wellington, this is an exciting opportunity for you to work closely with the team to enhance HR’s reputation with Senior Leaders and internal partners right across the business.
In order to be successful, you’ll bring with you a range of experience in supporting and/or leading ER related issues including performance management and ER case work.You will have supported change/organisational project initiatives and developed current and/or new HR policies and practices and be comfortable working with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels.
