The Credit Investigations team enforces the CCCFA, safeguarding borrowers through education and policy. The Fair Trading and Product Safety teams ensure businesses comply with the Fair Trading Act, preventing misleading practices and enforcing product safety standards. Together, they uphold consumer rights and promote a fair marketplace.
