Senior Investigator | Wellington | initial 6 month contract | start January 2025
This is a Wellington-based contract role with a government agency and will be mainly office-based.
Due to growth of their investigations capacity they are seeking an experienced Investigator to join their specialised Investigations team.

To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate significant RECENT
experience in:
- Criminal and/or civil proceedings investigations
- Search Warrants: applying for & obtaining search warrants, carrying them out, investigating for & recording evidence
- Preparing prosecution files
- Interviews under caution
- Ideally, practical experience in applying the Search and Surveillance Act 2012 in the use of powers for search warrants
Interviews will be held in January, for an initial 6 month contract to the end of June 2025. Your choice of fixed term employment, or as an hourly rate independent contractor.
