Our client, a leading, growing financial services business, is looking for an experienced Senior Mortgage Adviser to join their high-performing team.

What you ‘ll do…
As a Senior Mortgage Adviser, you’ll work with a diverse client base—from first-home buyers to seasoned investors—guiding them through the mortgage process with tailored lending solutions. With client meetings pre-booked and a dedicated compliance team handling regulatory needs, you’ll focus on providing exceptional lending advice. This role is designed to ensure work-life balance, offering business hours and no weekend work.

To get started in this role, you will need…
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser or Lending Specialist
  • Strong lending product knowledge, compliance understanding, and a talent for delivering tailored solutions
  • Clear communication skills and a tech-savvy approach (most meetings are online)
  • NZ Certificate in Residential Lending Level 5
  • NZ Permanent Resident or Citizen
  • Clear credit and police check
