  • Salary midpoint of $119,209, actual salary dependent on your experience

  • A good understanding of policy processes and frameworks, and a proven track-record of applying them successfully in prior positions,
  • The ability to quickly assimilate and understand new unfamiliar information,

At Manatū Hauora – Ministry of Health we are the kaitiaki of the health system, providing leadership and driving strategy and performance. We regulate the health sector and are the primary source of advice on health matters.

 

The System Enablers team is seeking an experienced senior policy analyst to join a busy team delivering on key government priorities for health. This role would suit a candidate with ideally 1-2 years of senior experience in a ‘big policy', strategy or systems stewardship role. We have a diverse and developing work programme that you'll have the opportunity to get involved in at an early stage, and really drive policy work forward.
