We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our team across various roles. If you possess deep expertise, relevant and current experience in any of the areas below, we want to hear from you. Because of the work we do, you need to have New Zealand Citizenship to be considered for this role. These are fixed-term engagements scheduled to run until 30 June 2025, with the required durations specified alongside each role listed below.
- Senior Process Designer (9 months)
- Programme Coordinator (9 months)
In recent years, we've embarked on significant transformations in our passport and citizenship services, modernising how customers access our offerings and the systems supporting them. Our initiatives include integrating services like passport renewals into our CCMS platform, modernising Real Me verified and safely phasing out outdated systems such as PPTS/KEA. These changes are aimed at:
- Improving online accessibility and self-service options for both customers and staff.
- Developing secure, adaptable, and scalable systems to enhance efficiency, safeguard data, and anticipate customer needs.
- Strengthening our infrastructure for secure identity management and fostering better interactions with DIA.
- Phasing out obsolete technology platforms to maintain service integrity and reduce dependency risks.
