Join a leading, local multidisciplinary Engineering and Project Management consultancy providing specialist Process Engineering Services to industrial clients across Australasia. With a proven track record in the design, build and upgrade of industrial process systems and plant facilities the company are well-versed in helping industrial clients to decarbonise, optimise plant, improve energy efficiency, minimise waste and drive commercial outcomes.
Working with a range of primary industries and FMCG manufacturing the company have an established leadership team, with hands-on experience in the field enabling the provision of best practice practical engineering solutions to organisations they service. On offer for the successful applicant is a salary of $140K - $160K, a range of benefits, client and project leadership along with stimulating career challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design, analysis, and optimisation of mechanical process systems and plant facilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance energy efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall plant performance.
- Provide expert guidance and solutions to help clients achieve their decarbonisation and sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, practical engineering solutions.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Mechanical/Process Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years + experience in mechanical process engineering within industrial settings ideally within the primary industries.
- Relevant professional certifications and a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong background in the design, build, and upgrade of process systems and plant facilities
- Expertise in energy efficiency, waste minimisation, and sustainability practice such as FEED study optioneering, fee proposals, combustion calculations and heat improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver practical and innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide and mentor junior engineers and collaborate effectively with clients.
