Senior Product Owner

Are you a Senior PO with deep product knowledge and a passion for improving customer experience while delivering value?

Join our esteemed Client on their digital transformation journey. Responsible for their high-profile E-commerce platform, you will inspire a dynamic squad to deliver exceptional digital solutions for customer navigation.

Close collaboration with Digital, Technology and Marketing Teams is pivotal to enhancing the customer experience and driving improvements across the entire purchase journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive optimisation of the customer journey, eliciting value through a clear and actionable product backlog and cross-functional collaboration:

• Own the backlog
• Lead the squad - BAs, UX Designer, Data Engineer, Testers and Developers.
• Reading customer feedback and looking at performance data - further investigation with your BA and UX squad members
• Identifying opportunities to help shift the dial on customer experience
• Quarterly and continuous planning
• Monitor and report delivery
• Customer insights
• Quality and Testing
• Risk Management and monitoring

• An established background as a Product Owner (4+ years)
• A proactive approach to your role - identify opportunities for improvements, optimisation and experience changes
• A deep understanding of product and product decisions
• Be a Customer-experience champion - can speak to your own experience of optimising digital customer journeys
• Confident in engaging with ELT as you lead improvements across this high-profile product
• Performance coaching capability for squad members
• Prior experience with e-commerce products is preferred but not essential - if you can speak to translating your prior experience, we want to hear from you!
