This role reports to our Housing & Support Manager within our wider Delivery group.' The work is varied, stimulating and challenging.'
'
The Senior Programme Coordinator is responsible for driving the successful delivery of the new build social housing workflow, including a broad range of processes to support funding approvals, reporting, data management and formation of inputs for overall product performance and management. The role is a key link between the Housing & Support, Commercial & Contracts teams, other HUD internal groups and decision-makers.'

In this role you will: '
-Provide high quality programme delivery and project management to the Housing & Support Team'
-Be responsible for ensuring consistency and good practice across the social housing delivery programme
-Drive strategic outcomes by identifying ownership for programme workstreams, assigning accountability, documenting processes, and monitoring progress.'
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.'
-Perform effective quality assurance, focusing inwardly on internal consistency and outwardly on adherence to HUD polices and procedures.'
-Ensure feedback, new procedures and product expectations are flowed back in operational processes and documentation

The salary range for this role is $87,148 - $106,514 +3% Kiwisaver contribution.'
'Ō'wheako, ō pukenga | About you'
You'll have five to ten years' experience in either project coordination or programme coordination and operate with a high level of competence, drawing from previous experiences. You will have strong attention to detail, be highly organised, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
You will enjoy managing and improving processes, be confident coordinating input from multiple stakeholders, and you will have an interest in understanding the broader strategic direction and context of the work environment.'
You will also bring:'
-Time management skills and the ability to identify priorities and co-ordinate work for others'
-Abilities in the management and interpretation of data'
-Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-party input into reports and completing final editing'
-Demonstrated experience as a problem solver and an ability to think innovatively'
-Exceptional verbal and written business communication skills'
-A head for numbers and ensuring that they are displayed clearly and accurately'
-Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office 365 products.'
-Experience in the residential housing construction industry is desirable'
