As a business, they run a small yet efficient team, they pride themselves on shaping a down to earth team culture with a complete solutions driven client ethic.
They are now looking to identify a Project Administrator/QS for a $60M+ project commencing in the new year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing consents
• Managing minor variations
• Managing amendments
• Closing out of building consents
• Site QS – site measurements
• Monitoring of RC and LUC
The key background fort this role is:
• Intermediate level QS level experience gained from a commercial contractor or senior level project administration experience worked on $30M commercial projects
• A strong understanding of H&S/QA and managing systems
• Some knowledge and understanding of the development process.
• An interest to learn the paperwork side and learn RC / LUC and BC processes
• Strong with admin sharing documentation, specifications, controlling plan revisions.
• Excellent communicator both written and oral
Remuneration: $100K- $120K + vehicle
