The Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you’ll take ownership of your success by building and growing a recruitment desk in the construction and infrastructure sector. 

What you’ll do:
  • Proactively drive business development to grow your desk.
  • Build and nurture client and candidate relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening to placement.
  • Deliver on revenue targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Contribute to the team’s direction, growth, and strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
We need someone resourceful, consultative, and driven - ready to hustle, but with a focus on relationships and delivering value. You’ll be proactive in generating opportunities while maintaining a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.

Key requirements:
  • 5+ years’ agency experience, recruiting in construction or infrastructure.
  • Established networks and credibility within the Wellington market.
  • A collaborative, partnership-driven approach to business development.
  • A problem solver who can think creatively to meet client needs.
  • Outstanding communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Resilient, accountable, and motivated to create a legacy.
