As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you’ll take ownership of your success by building and growing a recruitment desk in the construction and infrastructure sector.
What you’ll do:
- Proactively drive business development to grow your desk.
- Build and nurture client and candidate relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening to placement.
- Deliver on revenue targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Contribute to the team’s direction, growth, and strategy.

Key requirements:
- 5+ years’ agency experience, recruiting in construction or infrastructure.
- Established networks and credibility within the Wellington market.
- A collaborative, partnership-driven approach to business development.
- A problem solver who can think creatively to meet client needs.
- Outstanding communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Resilient, accountable, and motivated to create a legacy.
