As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you’ll take ownership of your success by maintaining and growing Migrant recruitment desk in Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Northland locations. You’ll combine your business development savvy, account management skills, and recruitment expertise to deliver results while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

- Proactively drive business development to grow your desk.
- Build and nurture client and candidate relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening to placement and pastoral care.
- Deliver on revenue targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Contribute to the team’s direction, growth, and strategy.

Key requirements:
- 5+ years’ agency experience, recruiting in construction or Engineering.
- Established networks and credibility within the Auckland market.

- Outstanding communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Resilient, accountable, and motivated to create a legacy.
