The Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you’ll take ownership of your success by maintaining and growing Migrant recruitment desk in Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Northland locations. You’ll combine your business development savvy, account management skills, and recruitment expertise to deliver results while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

What you’ll do:
  • Proactively drive business development to grow your desk.
  • Build and nurture client and candidate relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening to placement and pastoral care.
  • Deliver on revenue targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Contribute to the team’s direction, growth, and strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
We need someone resourceful, consultative, and driven—ready to hustle, but with a focus on relationships and delivering value. You’ll be proactive in generating opportunities while maintaining a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.

Key requirements:
  • 5+ years’ agency experience, recruiting in construction or Engineering.
  • Established networks and credibility within the Auckland market.
  • A collaborative, partnership-driven approach to business development.
  • A problem solver who can think creatively to meet client needs.
  • Outstanding communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Resilient, accountable, and motivated to create a legacy.
