We are looking for an integration specialist to join our team as a Senior Solution Architect enabling our systems and data integration journey.

This is a key leadership role, working with our stakeholders to articulate the products, strategies, and technologies to meet ACC goals. You will provide the linkage between our Enterprise and Solutions Architecture, ensuring our strategies can be translated into actionable architecture outcomes.

Mōu | About you

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of modern platforms and the application of integration technologies in improving business outcomes, an ability to lead and guide the architectures delivered in your space, an ability to articulate to key leadership roles the value of products within your space.

What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience within a Senior Architect role, this includes:
    • Certification and/or experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
    • Experience using architecture modelling tools
  • You'll have proven experience working within the integration domain, including:
    • Defining and leading the strategic intent for integration as an enterprise capability
    • Integration of on-premises and cloud-based systems
    • Integration technologies, MuleSoft, Azure, AWS, Java, OpenShift, Red hat PAM/DM
    • Enterprise integration patterns and protocols (Open API, FHIR, JSON, REST)
    • The application of AI technologies to enrich capabilities within the integration domain
  • Experience working with the integration of cloud data platforms and their associated technologies
  • You're someone who can collaborate across teams in identifying and defining Features and Enablers
  • You'll contribute to Planning sessions by leading architecture discussions
  • Experience working within programs, projects and agile environments
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to produce well-structured and easily understood documentation and make persuasive presentations that can be understood by senior management, peers and customers
  • Proven experience in the delivery of complex architectures with an appreciation of the working components within the business, applications and technology domains
  • Sound understanding of architectural principles, practices and processes as applied in the delivery of fit for purpose enterprise solutions

The salary range for this role is $137,401 - $193,978 with appointment dependent on skills, experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.'
