As a Senior Structural Technician, you’ll be joining a medium-sized consultancy in their Christchurch office, where you'll mentor and lead a team of 4 Drafters. You will have experience in the NZ market as an accomplished Revit Technician with a strong understanding of NZ Building Codes and Standards. As a recognised Senior Revit Technician, you'll play a key role in managing project workflows, overseeing your team's progress, and contributing to projects across the country.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Drafters, ensuring high-quality outputs and professional growth.
- Establish and maintain drafting standards to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Utilise Revit and other software to produce accurate, high-quality structural drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and refine Revit models to optimise efficiency and enhance project workflows.
- Conduct site inspections and provide on-site support as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry advancements, implementing best practices and emerging technologies in structural drafting.
