About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga
This role is a permanent full time position in Christchurch, Canterbury.
We are seeking a dedicated and organised professional to provide essential corporate services to our Ministry teams in our Christchurch office. You will be part of a valued team responsible for a variety of processes including but not limited to; managing our vehicle fleet, overseeing facilities, and event co-ordination. You will be the first point of contact for email and phone enquiries and will manage incoming national and local phone calls. Reponsibilites also include mail distribution, access card management, greeting visitors and managing the daily requirements of a busy office.
Salary range: $60,079 - $72,199 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.

Reporting to the Support Manager, you will be providing support to different teams and functions within the Ministry or collaborating with other team members to deliver shared services. The team plays a vital role in contributing to and achieving the Ministry's overall goals.
