Our client is a New Zealand-based architectural firm known for its innovative and sustainable designs. They focus on creating unique, functional spaces that harmonize with their surroundings while employing cutting-edge construction techniques 
   
At present, we are looking for a Senior Surveyors who is detail-oriented and analytical, with strong leadership skills and a high level of integrity to ensure accurate and ethical surveying practices.  
 
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include: 

• Lead and manage projects focused on land developments, civil engineering, and related disciplines. 
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with engineers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. 
• Provide expert guidance and input in the design process, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards. 
• Oversee and supervise site activities, ensuring quality control and timely completion of tasks. 
• Execute and manage cradle station operations and GPS surveying, ensuring accuracy and precision in measurements. 

The successful candidate must have a full driver’s license and Trade Qualification. In addition, you must pass a pre-employment drug test if required. Prior land development experience with 12D/Civil3D and Practical on-site experience with solid technical report & writing skills is an advantage. Open to all NZ Citizens / Residents and with open working visas.
