About the Role
Your primary purpose will be to assess the data collection and IT design requirements of the Health Gain Development team projects and use that information to build database solutions that meet the needs of the individual projects and project teams.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining MS SQL centric databases and REDCap applications, to provide workflows, forms, interfaces, applications, reports and other tools. We are a high performing, motivated group, committed to supporting one another, sharing knowledge and collaboratively achieving the work programme.
About you

You will have excellent organisation, planning, and time management skills, and will be able to multitask, reprioritise, and remain productive in demanding situations.
You will be required to work with a range of teams and leaders across the organisation, at national, regional and local levels in this role so you will need to be an excellent communicator with a strong stakeholder focus, who is able to build strong relationships across the organisation and understand the different needs required in each context.
