An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator to join a dynamic team in Blenheim either full time or part time around school hours. The role focuses on managing the Freeze Dry Service portal, logistics, and key administrative functions that ensure the smooth operation of the service division. This position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a background in customer service and administration. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that drives customer satisfaction through efficient service management and internal coordination.

Role description:

The Service Administrator will oversee the Freeze Dry Service portal, manage service requests, provide administrative support, and coordinate logistics. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while ensuring timely responses to customer requests.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing service request system tickets and reporting on KPIs
  • Coordinating with the appropriate team members to resolve service requests
  • Assisting with administrative duties and maintaining documentation
  • Handling procurement, invoicing, and logistics for Freeze Dry services
  • Providing support to the FD Build and Engineering teams as needed

This role will suit someone with all or some of the following background/experience/qualities:

  • Experience in customer service or administration (minimum of 5 years)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and job scheduling principles
  • Experience in procurement and purchasing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
